The Producers Circle ($1,000+) is an exclusive behind the scenes connection to some of the most exciting new art happening in Philadelphia. In January of 2008, the Festival conducted extensive meetings with consultants from The Pricing Institute to streamline our ticketing policies.
Through these meetings we recognized that the $3 Member Discount did not fit with a viable charitable giving program, for we were seeking donations to support the Festival, yet then returning more than half through ticket discounts.
A new pricing structure for 2008 has been created that will offer all ticket buyers the opportunity to save up to 25% off their ticket orders - a discount that far exceeds the previous Member Discount!
The goals which led us to our new pricing and discount structure:
• Aid in the distinction between Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe Festival shows
• Encourage single ticket buyers to attend more than one show in the Festival
• Reward the loyalty of audiences who purchase tickets to multiple shows
2008 Pricing and Discounts:
All Live Arts shows: $25
Fringe Festival Pricing is set by the Fringe Artists. Prices in the past have ranged from an average of $10 - $15.
Discounts:
• Buy a ticket or tickets to 1 show: Ticket is full price.
• Buy a ticket or tickets to 2 or 3 shows: Tickets are 20% off
• Buy a ticket or tickets to 4 or more shows: Tickets are 25% off
These discounts are valid for all Live Arts Festival and Fringe Festival shows
Discount is only applied when tickets are purchased online or at Box Office in a single transaction - Cannot be applied to previous or future orders. Discount not valid at the door.
We hope that you’ll continue to support the Festival with your (now fully tax deductible) donation! We rely on individual donors like you for almost 20% of our contributed income. And we’ve planned a number of special events for members throughout the summer and the Festival itself that we think you’ll really enjoy.
