You will receive a confirmation email in early April ensuring we received your application and non-refundable $75 participation fee.

This is the one person responsible for all interactions with the Fringe staff. They will assure that deadlines, as well as your needs, are met. If any of your contact information changes, please notify us immediately as efficient communication is absolutely vital throughout the Fringe process.

You must click SUBMIT below to complete your Philly Fringe participation form. If you are paying by check or money order, send a printed copy of the thank you page with your non-refundable $75 participation fee to the Fringe Festival Office.

If you are paying by credit card, choose the credit card payment option to continue to our payment site. Please note that due to some complications with our current set-up, you will be entering into our ticketing system to pay your participation fee with a credit card. You will not be required to pick up a ticket nor will we send one to your mailing address. If you have any questions during the checkout process, please email us.

Instructions on the thank you page ask you to print the page, and make a copy for your records. Please refer back to our website for upcoming deadlines for guide descriptions, guide photos, and show information. All information (venue, schedule, running time, ticket price) must be received by June 13 so start thinking about this now!
